Description:
Financial Angel needed to rework 3 existing oil and gas wells in a great Texas oil field.
You provide the initial funding of $138,000 for my oil and gas well rework project. I offer the Substantial Fixed Pay Back Sum of $207,000 from the well proceeds. I will pay you 100% of the income from my 60% Net Revenue Interest in the 3 wells, on a monthly basis, until the debt is paid. Then, when the debt is paid I will legally transfer to you a 10% Net Revenue Interest in the wells.
I offer as collateral to your loan (1) The revenue generated by the wells, (2) My share of the hardware of the wells and (3) My share of the mineral rights acquired with the purchase. You can have a Lien against my share of the wells until you are paid your initial investment and interest in full.
I am NOT drilling new wells. This is a "re-work". In other words, the 3 producing wells in the project will be reworked to "increase" oil and gas output to higher levels. Petroleum output normally slows in wells after a long time because of normal congestion. A successful rework was last done on these wells in 1990, so this has all been done before. Labor company guarantees $138,000 Turn-Key price. The wells are still producing oil and gas now.
