We started this idea two years ago after what we found at www.footbike.eu. Two years of viral marketing and customer feedback has led us down this path.

In that time we have contracted the rights to distribute and support the North America market for the Footbike family of products. You can see our efforts at www.footbikeusa.com.

Upon advice from our current investors we also developed a lower priced consumer brand and released it via a DRTV marketing strategy. The success of this infomercial has increased our brand awareness and led us to meetings with major retail and wholesale centers that we cannot mention here.

We just returned from the Interbike08 show in Las Vegas and are realizing more and more that we just cannot get enough capital to create the inventory that we can sell. This product is hot, and will be hotter than the Razor with a little push from the right investment group. We want to capitalize of what we have created, and not wait 9 years before the banking industry thinks we are 'real'.

Yes we have been in business for less than two years, yes we have had to go with the 'start a business 101' concept and secure funding from 8 different sources to get this bird off of the ground----but it's flying! We want to consolidate those loans into one house, we want to order more inventory, and we want to increase our advertising and regional show exposure budgets.

I indicated that we are seeking one million because nobody wants to take me seriously when we are talking about $400k. We have traded and hocked everything we own to get this started--and it is working, we are proud of what we have had to do to make this happen. We need your support, and your money to take us to the moon.

We are not selling you home mortgages, we are not selling you a kettlecorn machine, and we are not selling a bunch of paper that will reap billions in 4.5 years, or whatever it is that has drove all of your real world investments into the toilet. This is just good old fashioned fun hardware that puts a smile on the face of anyone who gets to ride one. And we are going to sell millions of them
