We are a privately held medical research organization based in Shanghai, China. We are looking to establish a China/US joint business venture based on a composite innovative technique for the prevention and treatment of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases. The technique includes an accurate and reliable method for early diagnosing and forecasting possible cardio-cerebral thrombotic diseases (ischemic stroke and heart disease), as well as the clinical remedies based on our decades of experience in treating and preventing the cardio-cerebral thrombotic diseases and our research in designing the herbal medicines and health products against these deadly diseases regarded as #1 killer in the Western world.

The financial shortage has rendered it so difficult to convert our research achievements into industrial production resulting in much less business operation, and the continuum of medical research is almost impossible. For this reason, we are sincerely seeking investments from all sorts of parties (angel investors, venture capitalists) who may be concerned about our huge efforts so that all the available achievements would be able to benefit patients all over the world.

An investment of 3-5 million U.S. dollars would be appropriate for starting a miniature pharmaceutical factory and for applying for the permit from government, an investment of 10 - 20 million U.S. dollars for a medium-size pharmaceutical company, and an investment of over 50 million U.S. dollars for a large-size enterprise embodying production, research and mid-trial facilities, while benefits would of course be impressive.

To testify our seriousness and sincerity of cooperation, we may subject any special requirements from investors regarding the possible building of a cooperative enterprise or the government's capacity. As we have had ten years of experience with our medical achievements on basis of scientific proof, these achievements are absolutely reliable for use.
