Thanks to this website, I have been able to find suitable financing interest for my last project, I do hope this one would also peak your interest as well.
As you are aware Golf is big business but rather expensive as well. Miniature Golf has also taken on a life of its own but we tested a new strategy on a few local courses here in Ontario with amazing results.
We are now putting together several mini- mini Golf Parks where an investor can have fractional ownership in the mini park and enjoy the park for free.
Each park is made up of three courses (18 holes each), mostly indoors and a few outdoors.
1. Easy (colorful and playful)
2. Intermediate (for kids and adult who need a challenge)
3. Professional (for players who want to practice their putting in and out of season)
The idea is to have small investor to buy and own one or more of the 54 holes (name after the investor) and then rent back the holes to the owner of the park for a daily rate, payable monthly. A small percentage is deducted for any playtime by the investor. You can practically play all year round for free and still make a profit on your holes.
We also have Arcade machine and café investment for each park.
