We are seeking 7 more investors to complete our final stage of funding.

The company is opening an opportunity for investors to acquire a working interest for a gas development
on a marked piece of land that features access to geological formations with cross faults traversing the site. It is surrounded by high producing gas properties which will accommodate up to 277 well sites in subsequent phases on properties we've targeted within Emery County, Utah.

Drilling for Gas offers opportune advantages because of the high volume, fast return, shallow depth, and low cost of drilling.

We are expecting our production to range between 25,000-100,000 MCF per month ($40,000-$200,000). Each share is offered at $6,700, acquiring a 5% interest in the first well. Shareholders will receive first right of refusal to invest in each future well site the company undertakes within the state of Utah. This return will exponentially grow as we continue to drill the field. The productive life of an active well, sees profitable returns extending up to 20-30 years.

We are seeking a total investment of $134,000.00 to finance the establishment of our upcoming phase as drilling will begin January 2017. All investors are welcome to join us on site as drilling takes place. We are in the process of receiving 10 permits from the Division of Oil & Gas for upcoming drilling phases.
