Description:
I have established a very successful team to take advantage of the property opportunities that exist here in Australia.

I work on creating extra value through property sub divisions(splitters) with the turn around time being between 12 -18 months for each development.
I am looking to raise capital for two ventures at the current time:
i) $425,000 for a 7 lot sub division in Queensland
ii)$20,000 for a two lot sub division in Victoria.

Returns will vary but generally will be 100% over the duration.

I require investors who are willing to move quickly to take advantage of opportunities as they arise.
