'Immostyling Monaco' is a home staging business in Monaco and the Cote D'Azur specialising in the art of preparing properties to excentuate the space, light and ambience for potential buyers.
Staging works to generate more viewings, better offers and less time on the market.
In fact statistics show that a staged property will be on the market for an average of 90 days compared to over 6 months for an un-staged property, and a staged property will sell for up to 20% more without margin trading.
Home staging is a relatively new concept to southern europe and I am slowly building the reputation of the business and the concept throughout the region.
Inital interest and positive feedback for the staging completed to date is encouraging and I would like to attract potential investors to expand and consolidate the business.
