Waste Oil Recovery - Reclamation:

Mexico has in excess of 14,000,000 Metric Tons (> 90MM Barrels of Oil) of waste oil in various locations throughout the country. Prosper has the unique opportunity to start a waste oil recovery – reclamation program on the waste oil with initial reserves in excess of 500,000MT – 716,000 MT (>5.1MM Barrels of Oil) situated in 3 ponds near Vera Cruz, Mexico. Additional reserves outlined are subject to a separate agreement.

After testing of the reserves, the waste oil can be processed to achieve a 98% pure oil product with an API of 8. Prosper’s initial program will start processing 2,300 to 2,500 barrels of oil per day and ramp up to over 5,000 barrels of oil per day over a 3 year cleanup period. The initial program analytics show a mean 3 Year after-tax Net Present Value of >$95MM USD and a 3 Year mean Operational Profit NPV (investment security) of >$150MM USD.

Lower oil prices and Mexico’s new focus on Joint Ventures and Privatization of its related energy businesses, have created an opportunity to acquire and/or joint venture energy concessions and opportunities at attractive valuations.

Prosper is seeking a minimum of $25MM USD to start this program secured by the initial reserves, future cash flow and an Insurance Portfolio - Bond with a Present Value equal to or greater than $25MM USD. The Bond will be rated and is expected to obtain a rating of “A-” or better.
