Missionary Hotel Center in India

I have been thinking of what I think is problems when it comes to missionary work today, here are some thought

1. The missionary need to find funding
2. The missionary are not allowed to enter that many countries
3. They are seldom able to work in large groups with other missionaries
4. If one missionary get funded, it means something else will get less money that are related.

There are also those who work with "Mission as Business", and usually what they do is going to some country where missionaries are not allowed to enter and work there with some regular job, and try to spread the Word the best they can, and usually they are not working in teams which turns to be a problem for many that has done something like that.

So here is my idea.

Buy a hotel in India. The hotel needs to have some hall or place where it is possible to have meetings and concerts.
Allow Christians to come and work there, mostly as volunteers, where they in return get food and a place to sleep. Of the people that will work there(mostly volunteers), try to find peoples that are good in music and has a burning faith.
Let the people work in the hotel with all the tasks that are required, and to be working on the street, with for example inviting to some concert you will have later in the week. If the Hotel has some bar, it is always possible to turn it to a Christian cafe if that is desired to have one.

about 2-4 millions to find a Facility that are required for such a thing.
But mostly I wrote this to give inspiration, even if I wouldn't mind starting such a project if I had the funding
