We’re looking for investors to invest in a movie about a 2nd American Civil War.
We need a total of 20 points to reach our preproduction status. We are offering one investor point at 5,000 dollars.
Plan Details
Plan Structure: 40-60, The Managing Partner shall own 40% and investors shall own 60% of the movie.
Distribution of Revenue Sales for Investors:
First Position: Full Investors Recoupment plus 25% interest before any profit distribution/ before 40-60 split
Second Position: Profit Distribution, 60% of remaining profit to be divided among investors
Third Position: 40% of remaining profit to go to Production Company
