OBJECTIVES:
1. Accumulate $125,000 for company start up funds for the first year.
2. Generate over $ 500,000 in sales by the end of the first year
3. Increase sales by 100% by the end of year 2
4. Reach 1,000,000 daily active users by the end of year 2

Our studio consists of 5 people that combined experience in designing and developing for gaming, educational, and entertainment markets. The product (Third Person Shooter/ infinite runner) is our initial proof of concept for a mobile game. The game builds on the formula that many successful infinite runner games have used for monetization and Virality. We are going to use the freemium business model by gaining potential buyers with the free version of the game and gain revenue from sells we make from a premium version of the game or having the buyer exchange real currency for virtual currency to use in our virtual store. Using the freemium business model is the most lucrative for our current game design and would work best for our target demographic.

Our marketing challenge is to attract visibility quickly and we intend to accomplish this by leveraging a multi-pronged approach that involves social media, email marketing and search engine optimization strategies to gain market share. As we gain traction in the market place, word of mouth will lift our game downloads significantly.
