Description:
I am in the process of becoming a fund manager. I will be making short term hard money loans to local real estate investors. I will be making money on the interest rate spread as well as equity participation on deals. As you know, there  is a constant need for opportunity funding for real estate deals. I will primarily be working on residential non owner occupied (investor) loans.

All secured by a first trust deed on the subject properties or additional investor collateral. All deals will be handled by licensed mortgage brokers and title companies.

Ideally, the first phase or level of funding under management would be $100 to 500k. Then my plan is to grow the fund to approximately $20MM. Please let me know if you can assist in acquiring the line of credit or funding.
