Business Description:
The Company is an independent production company focusing on genre-driven films. The Producers’ long careers in the entertainment industry has allowed them to be associated with many experienced award winning talents in the field of film production, insuring a quality result of the feature films when utilizing their services. Their standard and goal is to complete and deliver first class, upbeat and highly marketable feature film presentations at a low cost as compared to today’s escalated market.

There are few things more exciting than the movies. A single movie can provoke a multitude of emotions at the same time by taking you on an epic adventure. The film making process is just as exciting as it is for those who love the movie business lifestyle. In today’s economy, becoming a part of the process is more accessible and more profitable than ever before. Technology and the independent genre films have made an impressive impact in the movie making business and is steadily building momentum. Well-known actors have embraced roles in such films and profits are increasing and commonplace. The growing opportunities and evolving computer technology fuel this movie-making venture and makes it attainable for anyone looking to invest.

The project is to produce a feature-length action thriller film based on a multi award-winning thriller novel. Locations for the shootings are set in California and Kauai.

This exciting independent action film project fits right into today’s hot film industry. In addition to the accomplished and acclaimed cast and crew, the story makes this film project stand out. This is a movie to get excited about in today’s film business.

The book that the film is based on is an Award Winner for Action/Thriller from the International Readers’ Favorite Book Awards and a Semi-Finalist for Mystery/Thriller from The Kindle Book Review. The books have a solid fan base and it is expected that the movie will be able to build on the success to draw viewers.

Sales/Marketing:
Film distribution is the process of making a movie available for viewing by an audience. This is normally the task of a professional film distributor who would determine the marketing strategy for the film, the media by which a film is to be exhibited or made available for viewing, and who may set the release date and other matters. The film may be exhibited directly to the public either through a movie theater or television, or personal home viewing (including DVDs or Blu-ray Disc, Video-on-Demand, download, or television programs through broadcast syndication etc.). For commercial projects, film distribution is usually accompanied by film promotion.

It has been said that making a movie is not nearly as difficult as getting it distributed. Because of the enormous amount of cost in money and time involved in distributing a movie, a distributor must feel confident that they can make a sufficient return on their investment. Having the backing of a major studio or a well-known director or star can greatly improve the chances of securing a good distribution deal. Independent filmmakers often use film festivals as an opportunity to get the attention of distributors. Once a distributor is interested in a film, the two parties arrive at a distribution agreement based on one of two financial models:
• Leasing
• Profit sharing

Key Risk Factors:
This offering is highly speculative and involves substantial risks including the risk of loss of investment and therefore should be considered only by persons or entities whose financial resources are sufficient to bear the risk of loss of their entire investment.

Exit Strategy:
Following post-production and delivery to distributors, as the project recoups costs (defined as the time when the production will no longer draw on the escrow account); investors may be paid back their investment plus 10 %. At this point the investors will take 50% of Producer’s Net with the other 50% taken by the Producer to distribute to other interested parties based upon their signed agreements with the production.
