Early-stage EQUITY INVESTMENT PARTNER needed for Community Entertainment District Development.
The development will be anchored by a mid-scale (250K SF) mixed-use Arena (with existing Sports Franchises LOI's in place). Additionally featured will be on-site condominiums & apartments, hotel, retail shops, restaurants & clubs, and an intimate outdoor music venue.....all of which will offer the opportunity to WORK, STAY & PLAY!
Feasibility Study research indicates the proposal will generate an estimated $220M economic impact in the first ten years, and 400 full/part-time equivalent jobs.
Further, development management & property management services are under contract.
Foundation funding includes JV, State Economic Development mechanisms, Village Tax incentive program, Naming Rights, condo pre-sales, apartment pre-leases, retail tenant pre-leases, Arena seat licenses, Arena executive suite sales, concourse suite sales, & more.
Remaining $50K~$85K to complete the package for FINAL approval - in exchange for a FAIR equity partnership in the development.
Initial 'leg-work' towards concept acceptance with the Village (community) & Zoning has been completed. As well, many of the front-end costs have been satisfied, and the 28+ acre lot is under contract pending concept finalization.
Executive summary, supporting data, illustrations, contacts (Local Government, Project Management Team), etc. will be provided to SERIOUS potential partners.
