I’m an investor & entrepreneur here in the Dallas area and have come across an opportunity that I believe you will be excited about as much as I am. This opportunity is to be part of a NEW company that will have an initial project to develop and maintain an independent nationwide (fifty state) dental network that will provide increased value and decreased cost to all its participants.
This company will succeed because:
• Senior management team with sixty-two year experience developing networks, marketing products and integrating services
• Working relationships with various benefit consultants, insurance executives, third party administrators, and union leaders that represent the potential clients
• Definite need
• This project creates an opportunity for EVERY American to participate in a variety of affordable nationwide dental benefits regardless to their own personal situation
• Alliances with IHC Health Solutions, USA Brokerage Network, Inc. and pervious managements relationships’ with Aon, Bearing Point, Buck, Gallagher, Hewitt, Mercer, Milliman, Seal, Willis and Watson-Wyatt.
There are no federal or state regulations restricting the initial set-up for this type of business since the company will be registering as an independent nationwide dental network and not as a claims paying preferred provider organization (PPO) or third party administrator (TPA).

It is anticipated that this network will be either a Delaware or Nevada corporation with its main office located in Phoenix.

In order for me to gain 5% share in this opportunity I am looking for a “partner” or private money (You write the terms!!!) that will provide the 50K-100K to pool with my own money. At time of funding, we will get the initial investment of $100K and 50% return at funding ($50,000). Our goal is to try and get the funding for the business after Jun. 30, 2010.
