The Company is a new marketing and business development company founded by Principals with over 20 years of success in delivering consumer products to a global market. The Company has developed a product platform within Oral Care and within Skin Care, which will be launched on the USA market in 2017. Additionally, the Company has the commercial rights to a “1.6 DUAL Frequency Ultrasound Technology” which represent a strong platform for commercializing innovative beauty and health products that improves the health and wellbeing of people’s lives.
Product: The Company has designed, developed and tested new products for Oral Care Systems and Skin Care Systems. Its initial launch will be with Ultrasonic Halitosis Device (tongue cleaner), then the Ultrasonic Electric Toothbrushes with various accessories and finally the Ultrasonic Facial Skin Care devices, which also has accessories. This platform is based on highly innovative, patented “DUAL-Frequency” Sonic and Ultrasonic technology with significant benefits to the user. Up to half of the population in the USA and in Europe claim to suffer from Bad Breath. Tongue bacteria producing sulfuric gasses account for 80 to 90 percent of all cases of Halitosis. Currently the market provides various types of manual and mechanical tongue scrappers and a wide range of mouth rinses (a $5 billion global market) to neutralize or mask bad breath. However, only the Company's Ultrasonic Tongue Cleaner can provide a safe effective tool to remove odor causing bacteria.

Ultrasonic Electric Toothbrush
The Global market for toothbrushes was worth USD $12 Billion in 2013, with electric toothbrushes being worth USD $2.6 Billion and approximately 30 Million hand units sold globally. The electric toothbrush market is growing at 4-5% annually. The increasing preference for electric toothbrushes amon consumers is a major factor that is expected to continue market growth. The facial skin care device market is presently worth approximately USD $400 Million and is enjoying an annual growth rate of 7.5%.
